Looking for Professional Handyman. Part time: 2 - 3 days or more and as needed. Experience and references preferred Must have reliable transportation and tools! Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of the property and its units; plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, appliances, painting and drywall. Work orders will be sent in, prioritizing the service requests and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion. Conduct walk-through of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order; if not, take the appropriate steps for correction/preventative measures.
