Need a skilled carpenter with your own tools to fix this section of the floor in the bathroom next to the tub. The plywood is soft and rottened out I will also need the drywall and baseboard put back on. I will supply all of the materials neeeded to complete the job but you must have your own tools. Need this job completed in a timely fashion. Text me with your price. And how long it would take this job is scheduled for Tomarrow at 9am. We will meet at the property then go to Home Depot to get whatever we need to complete.
