After several tries, I am still looking for someone who wants to play or learn real rockabilly. I sing a little and play rhythm and some lead guitar, acoustic and electric. Seeking person or persons of similar intermediate or better skills and interests, particularly a slap bass player. There must be someone in Portland interested in this. I can't possibly be the only one. I've got a little non-smoking basement jam area. I don't care about your color, gender, age, or experience, just your musical interests. I'd like to meet maybe a couple or three hours once a month, just for jam fun.
