Local rental property development company in Squirrel Hill and other surrounding areas of Pittsburgh needs a roofing contractor. We would like to build a long-time working relationship. We have 26 properties, plus our personal home so there is plenty of work available. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Must have your own truck and equipment. Must be experienced in shingled and flat roofing. We have both large and small jobs. Must be available for emergency calls. Must be insured.
