Country Bass Player Available

Hello folks, Seasoned bass player looking for a gigging Country, Americana, or Blues band. Currently a sub for a couple of bands around Texas, but now that I've moved to Austin, I am looking for something more steady, but would consider other sub work. I currently play a semi-hollow body Hagstrom. Also have a fretless Godin. Studied String Bass (upright) at UT and played in Jazz combos and the orchestra. However, I recently sold my 1941 Kay. I can get another upright if so desired. I have a pretty robust repertoire of classic country tunes and usually just plug in and play. No rehearsals are needed. Just send me your set list and tell me what key things are in. I'll pay attention during the gig and watch for signals. I do sing a bit and am quite comfortable hitting harmonies. And, just for a little FYI...I formed and managed a 6 to 8-piece honky-tonk band out of DFW a few years back.
