As a Porter/Groundskeeper no experience is necessary for this position. You Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn. Porter/Groundskeeper Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): *Daily Upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators. *Power Washing *Sweep *Touch up Paint *Replace light bulbs in Common Areas, Pathways, Garage and Parking Areas *Basic pool cleaning including cleaning pool furniture and pool chemical maintenance. * Help with light maintenance work We hope to hear from you soon!
