Get an insider look at what it's like to be an Order Picker at United Salad Co.: Location: Sumner, WA (98390) FT/PT Status: Full Time Shift: 2pm-12:30am (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Hourly Rate: $20.00 United Salad of Washington is seeking motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join our team! This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using Vocollect technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires working some variable shift lengths to ensure all orders are accurately selected and loaded. Overtime hours are required in order to successfully fill customers' orders. The position requires working in a cold, refrigerated environment. Benefits Include: • Medical & Dental insurance through Kaiser. • PTO accruals begin on the first day! • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Training Opportunities - electric riding pallet jack and forklift Bonus Structure: • New hire bonus $1,000 • Referral bonus $1,000 Responsibilities: • Safely operate equipment (electric pallet jack or forklift) to accurately select, palletize, stage and/or load customer orders for delivery of product to customers without damage or errors. • Fill orders accurately by selecting cases of product accurately based off orders given • Verify quantity and condition of product while selecting orders • Execute order selecting by utilizing head set technology • Secure products on pallets by building according to prescribed procedures • Shrink wrap product for staging and transport pallets to shipping dock • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move product • Stage pallets for the shipping and receiving team • Follow company standards at all times • Safely operate all warehouse equipment and adhere to safety rules • Meet selection and accuracy goals • Perform other related duties as assigned Job Qualifications: • 18+ years of age • Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment • Ability to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly • Basic English comprehension required • Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for entire shift • Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34°-55° *Contingent on passing a drug screen, including THC * To Apply, please visit our website- *United Salad of Washington, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
