Moving out of a super nice and clean lockout at 3rd Encore Annex in NoHo. I was using it mostly in the days, but most nights are available as well. 24/7 access to the studio. This is a GREAT situation!!! The room is split with honest, clean professional musicians that tour, record and gig a lot. It's a corner room only 2 shared walls and one was is a couple rows of cinder block walls. Very good sounding room and usually quiet in the adjoining rooms. There is a JBL PA with a Yamaha mixer in the room. I was paying $400 mo for access almost daily!!!
