Hi, my name is Ron. I need a handyman for a bunch of misc. I am paying $35 for a skilled guy who has his tools and can do these projects. Here is the list: 1. trim out two doors 2. trim out garage interior for heat loss around the garage door 3. Install two dummy handles on a french door 4. Install a swing hinge to lock on 1 side of the french doors 5. install two hanging plugin lights in the garage (these plug into a centered plugin on the ceiling) (no electrical work required) 6. install two exterior solar-mounted motion lights. (no electrical work required) 7. Dig out and frame horseshoe pit with backstop made of 2x4's 8. Build lightweight trim around two windows and a door on the greenhouse painted black to match the siding. 9. Fix Rope Lights (Bury one more and add a 3rd) (no electrical work required) 10 Install Tiki Torches in the ground securely 11. Mount fan in the workout room. 12. install two prebuilt kit shelves in the workout room. 13. Put down 3 transition strips. One may need modified. Please text me your full name and availability.
