Come on Chief! The Democrats rejected an amendment to their anti inflation legislation to NOT audit earners who make under $400K which aren't the wealthy. The wealthy can afford the best tax lawyers to avoid paying more no matter if more IRS agents are looking at their tax filings. Simply having more eyes looking doesn't mean the tax laws have changed to disallow all sorts of deductions. I can almost guarantee a wealthy filer's tax account is smarter and knows the laws better than a newbie IRS agent who couldn't pass the CPA exam and has to work for the IRS to pay off their student loans.

Most of you people posting about (whining about) the IRS don't even make enough money to worry about being audited.
If you obey the tax laws, you will likely never meet an IRS agent. The added agents within the IRS are specifically targeting the wealthiest Americans who CHEAT on their taxes.
More IRS means more law and order. The ONLY reason why you people resist expanding the IRS is because you know Trump is against it. In reality, Trump is against it because Trump is a liar and a cheater. He has a lot to lose when the IRS co me knocking.
