Job Description: 3TECH Staffing seeks candidates for Returns Processors. Working at our client's warehouse in Columbia, the Returns Processor conducts quality inspection of the returned merchandise determining the physical quality and the usability of the returned product(s). This person may also repackage and re-label merchandise. Updates systems with appropriate data (product, SKU, quality, etc.). The Returns processor will also assist in inventory counts and other inventory controls. Must adhere to all warehouse safety standards at all times. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process returned merchandise. Using a computer, will update systems with appropriate data. Understand "return to stock" physical and cosmetic requirements. Make judgment calls on what constitutes 'new' and acceptable. Sort and organize all incoming, unprocessed packages Complete all computerized documentation efficiently and diligently. Adhere to standards that meet customer and company quality requirements. Work independently, efficiently, and professionally at all times.. Have punctual, consistent and regular attendance. Your skills, experience and ability should include: A high school diploma or equivalent Able to lift and carry boxes, totes and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds and operate a pallet jack when necessary. Able to stand, bend and lift for up to eight or more hours daily. Manual dexterity of hands to properly prepare items for putaway, transfer or reship to customers. M-F 8am- 4:30 pm.
