The right candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to work in various conditions outdoors and in a shop setting for extended periods of time. Must understand the concept of taping, prepping and painting. Spray brush and roll. Must also have knowledge of lacquers, types of paint, texture, brushing and spray techniques.
