Bass/Drums Wanted for Original Project

Looking for a bass player and a drummer for a primarily original project, a trio. Influences are an eclectic mix of rock and jazz, and features instrumentals and vocal songs. Hard to pin down, but if you like Steely Dan--sung by Lane Staley--we're probably going to get along. Charts and recordings ready to get started. While it is primarily a trio format, there is room for other musicians. I have space with kit and PA. If you've got chops, you will have opportunity to spread your wings. If your play is more basic and you just want to hold down the rhythm section, that works too. I'm an older guy, but diversity is encouraged in this collaboration, so your age, gender, race, orientation is NOT a factor. Be an open thinker and we'll get along great. FRIENDLY NOTE: This is an original project, not a working or near working band. We will dabble in covers, but this is not a cover band.
