Happy and healthy. He needs a owner with more time for attention and a yard to be free in. He’s a year old in October according to his first owner. He’s a German Shepard/Blue Heeler mix. I have given him his four doses of the 5 in 1 vaccine but haven’t made it to the vet for his rabies and he has not been fixed
