Responsibilities and Qualifications Material Handler 1 Responsibilities: Perform various warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, packaging and shipping of customer orders Performs cycle counts on inventories Ensures a neat/clean work environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in the proper manner Compliance with all safety procedures Use of hand held scanner and other distribution related IT equipment Qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of distribution center functions. Must have sound judgment, and reasonability Willing to work flexible hours and shifts Positive attitude, Ethics, and values which support our company's values and goals Effective communication with all co-workers Must maintain high attention to detail Must possess outstanding organizational and housekeeping skills Perform additional duties as required Hours/Compensation- 1st shift -Tuesday-Friday(7am-5:30pm) $17.50/hr + benefits day one 2nd shift -Monday-Thursday(4:30pm-3am) $19.10/hr + benefits day one 3rd shift -Sat-Mon (6:30am-7pm) OT as needed worked on Tuesdays $19.28/hr + benefits day one Physical Demands: Standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods of time; along with lifting up to 50lbs Environment: Exposure to noise, dust, and climate change We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!
