Starting wage for a foreman is $25/hr. We work roughly 54 hrs. per week and pay time and half over 40. A weeks pay before taxes would be roughly $1525. Your hourly wage will reflect your experience and licenses. No experienced crew members starting wage is $17/hr. We work roughly 54 hrs. per week and pay time and half over 40. A weeks pay before taxes would be roughly $1037. Experienced crew members wage is $18-24/hr. We work roughly 54 hrs. per week and pay time and half over 40. A weeks pay before taxes would be roughly $1098-$1464. Your hourly wage will reflect your experience and licenses.
