HAL MECHANICAL is looking to hire, we are a fast pace, fast growing company. Looking for a HVAC TECHNICIAN for RESIDENTIAL - LIGHT COMMERCIAL duties. We Service all the LAS VEGAS area working on residential, light commercial and large commercial HVAC systems. We also work on Water treatment, and Refrigeration. We have lots of STEADY, yearly round work. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED 5-7 years of HVAC and refrigeration experience Strong working knowledge of HVAC SYSTEMS Understand schematic diagrams of HVAC systems Experience with Hand Tools, Power tools, and electronic equipment Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to Install new equipment, residential and commercial. Friendly and Great Customer Service Ability to locate parts and provide field estimates as needed. Good verbal and written communication with Office and Clients Ability to climb and work from a ladder over 15 ft tall. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Must have a valid Driver’s License Must be certified to work in the US Must have EPA UNIVERSAL Certification Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems. COMPENSATION will be $20.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience. Our technicians work Monday thru Friday starting at 7:00 am. They must be available for a rotation of on call schedule. We pay using Hourly, Piece Rate and Prevailing Wages depending on job assignments. We offer Health insurance, vision and dental. Company Vehicles and Uniforms are provided.
