Required Qualifications: Age 18 or older Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Legally authorized to work in the U.S Good verbal and written communication skills in English Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 75 lbs. Able to work cooperatively in a team environment. Must be reliable and punctual. *Pre-employment drug and background screening required* Job Responsibilities: Load / unload material and equipment Maintain organized shop storage and workspace Participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident-free. Assist in keeping the facility secure, equipment stored Assist with all other areas of the warehouse as needed Ideal Candidate Qualities: Attention to detail recognizes potential issues and opportunities to remedy those issues Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic. Self-starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly. Mechanical aptitude and can use hand tools. Ideal Candidate Skills: Spanish/English bilingual is a plus Knowledge of federal/state safety regulations and procedures. Prior warehouse experience Operate a forklift Construction experience Automotive/equipment maintenance experience Compensation and Benefits: Pay: $19-25.00/hour DOE Starting wage is $19 per hour, increased after a positive 60-day review.
