Superintendent - Water Main Replacement

Redtail is seeking an experienced civil construction Superintendent to oversee a water main replacement project in the City of Seattle. This project consists of replacing water mains, replacing/relocating conflicting utilities and associated site restoration in eight separate locations throughout the City of Seattle. This project is projected to last fourteen months. This Superintendent will be transferred to a like project upon completion of this project. Qualifications include:  A qualified applicant must have documentable experience as a Superintendent overseeing at least three (3) water main replacement projects, each with an overall project value of $1,000,000.00 or greater, within the last five (5) years.  Experience in Public Works is required.  Capacity to lead a team of people.  Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.  Familiarity with the WSDOT Spec book.  Familiarity with the City of Seattle spec book is a plus.
