Remodeling Helper / Construction Worker Looking for a qualified person to assist in helping with rehabbing homes, rental units and general maintenance tasks. Qualified person would assist in various duties: 1. Hanging drywall 2. Painting 3. Demo 4. Cleaning 5. Sanding floors 6. Installing vanities, cabinets, fixtures 7. Installing windows QUALIFICATIONS FOR REMODELING HELPER / CONSTRUCTION HELPER • 1+ year of relevant experience • Experience with hand or light power tools • Ability to accurately use a tape measure • Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. • Your own reliable transportation, valid drivers license is a MUST! • Positive Attitude and willingness to LEARN! ****We are open to train the right individual if they want to learn. ****Must have general hand tools and basic power tools. Pay ranges from 17hr - 20hr.
