Looking for a personal care assistant to help with person with disabilities. The role would include working along side with parent/guardian to provide every day living needs and activities, such as help with bathing, some time bathroom use, attending while parent works on household chores, help assist with outings outside the home, be able to handle potential aggressive outbursts, such as remaining calm and able- to help redirect behavior, having some experience with working with autism is a plus. Also, there is potential to earn up to $30.00 for overtime. The rate of pay is twenty dollars an hours. Looking to employ, up to 4 people for different shifts or a person who is looking to work longer hours, making overtime rates,when working over time. There will be times during the day, where work will consist of simply watching movies with client and/or simply present to ensure client is safe and content, while parent/guardian is doing another task.
