Job description Please pay attention to the below details: - MobileComm Professionals is offering a training program to very serious candidates who are interested in becoming Ericsson Field Integration Engineers. - The training lasts between 3 to 4 weeks depending on the trainee's capabilities. - The majority of the training is going to take place in the field in Upstate New York. - Once the training is complete, the trained applicants will be immediately deployed in one of the 3 mentioned market areas. - Applicants should keep in mind that the job is in the field, harsh weather elements will be part of the job's nature (heat, cold, rain, snow..etc). - We regard all applicants as highly ethical and of great standards and we expect them to complete the training program and continue being part of our family to take on actual commercial project. Therefore, seriousness and the willingness to continue working with us after the training is a major requirement for this post. - The pay rate during the training program will be 10/H + car + gas + hotel on W2 - The pay rate upon deployment in an actual project will go up to 25/H + car + gas + hotel on W2 as a junior field engineers. REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to work; day, evening or night hours; overtime, emergency callouts, weekends and holidays as required. Must assume 24-hour on-call duty when assigned. Requires valid state driver's license, or CDL, whichever is applicable, and satisfactory driving record check. Must be able and willing to work outside in all type of weather May require ability to drive vehicle with manual gearshift. Must be willing to work away from home location for extended periods of time. Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing Must be able to travel to work sites 75-80% of the time Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10.00 + car + gas + hotel per hour during the training stage $25.00 + car + gas + hotel per hour after completion of the training and joining the the actual projects Schedule: 10 hour shift
