Description

perform emergency services: water damage/extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards. -Perform inspections, locating the source of the damage, complete sketches, moisture mapping, take readings and set up barriers as necessary. Complete photo and loss documentation, reporting all information found. -Perform general deconstruction of properties: removal of drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, etc. -Setup dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers and other equipment and complete associated documentation. -Perform job site inventorying, packing, and moving contents and in warehouse cleaning, repackaging contents, and general labor throughout the returning process. -Participate in 24 hour on call rotational schedule for after hours and weekend emergency calls. (1 week a month) Incentive and rewards program for after-hours service calls. -Works with team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards while keeping an open and active line of communication with managers regarding the status of the jobs.
