JOB SUMMARY: Process Checker will conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process product, raw materials, finished goods, or stability samples. To ensure all GMP requirements and food safety measures or controls are met to the company’s standards. Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms. Working areas are to be kept clean and neat. They are responsible to notify their supervisor of any problems arising. In addition to do any other tasks as assigned by their supervisor or lead. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow all GMP & Food Safety Guidelines & company policies Ability to sufficiently execute daily tasks and interpret test results to fully understand process checks • Identify quality problems and recommend solutions Communicate with their supervisors and production of their daily encountered processes and issues • To be able to follow written and or verbal instructions To use caution around moving equipment, monorails, sizers, bin dumps, fork lifts Be responsible for the company supplied items and tools Be responsible to take care of their badge and properly punch in or out at their scheduled time. • They are responsible to notify their supervisor of any problems arising regarding safety, harassment, or attendance issues KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Able to work in a fast paced environment Able to stand for long periods of time, reaching bending and turning Work with minimum supervision. Able to work in cold or hot environments Able to distinguish different colors Good vision Good eye hand coordination Able to clearly communicate with leads or supervisors Able to climb stairs and platforms Able to watch fast moving conveyors without getting sick Able to work in a fast paced environment and communicate effectively under these conditions • Able to lift 50 lbs Able to read and understand the Pack plan and Run plan Basic Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
