Socha Companies is a local, family owned business that is growing steadily. We are looking for a full-time person to join our residential property maintenance team. We build and manage our own townhouse units (500+). This is a full time position. All units are in Manchester, NH. Duties would include indoor and outdoor property maintenance. Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to): * Looking for someone with experience with hot water heaters, appliances, boilers and a/c units * Perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work * Assist with work orders requested by residents * Assist with turnovers of units when residents move out and prior to new residents moving in * Assist with snow removal * On-call every 3rd week for emergency calls (Monday a.m.-Monday a.m.) * Experience in residential property maintenance preferred * Professionalism and quick responsiveness is a must * Perform other maintenance duties as requested Qualifications and Skills preferred: * Drug free and possess a valid driver's license * Able to work well with minimal supervision * Possess effective oral communication skills Benefits: * Pay based on experience. * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * Retirement plan with match * Year round, full-time work * Paid weekly, direct deposit * Paid vacation after 1 year * Job Type: Full-time
