Join the company that will give you endless opportunity and job security! _____________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): Float between our sites in the West Columbia region to help with the following: Paint and stain, both interior and exterior application Drywall and carpentry Turns units (“make readys”) in between tenant occupancy Electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Water heaters, both electric and gas Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances Maintain grounds and general landscaping projects Cleans and makes minor repairs to gutter & downspouts Assists in exterior building maintenance as needed such as siding, soffit and window repairs Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned Assists with snow removal (when applicable) Assists in pool maintenance (where applicable)
