Tectum is a leading roofing contractor in the industry and is on target to do 50 million in revenue within the next 12 months. We offer competitive wages, benefit packages, vehicle and company phone. We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Foreman who is diversified in all Shingle-Ply Roofing Systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC). Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience. Must be able to manage a crew of 7 to 10 people. Must be able to read plans, communicate with GC's and building consultants. Candidate must know proper details for all warranties. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record. Candidate must be reliable and willing to manage all issues on a project.
