Please Note: This position will work Monday - Friday 6:30pm to 3am; weekends off Pay: $16 Hour - Full Time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. Objective Perform specific assigned janitorial duties at our numerous retail stores while working to ensure Goodwill standards are met or exceeded. We prefer you are a team player and a professional who is willing to "roll up your sleeves!” Requirements 1 year previous custodial experience is a must. A valid Colorado Driver’s license may be required as well as the ability to pass our intra-company driving test. Job Duties Sweep and mop floors Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces Clean and disinfect Vacuuming/Steam-clean carpets Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces Mix various cleaning agents Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean Apply wax to coat floors and buff Apply sealant to floors Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants May move heavy items such as furniture Identify and report possible repairs Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours Help provide a safe working environment for you, customers and fellow employees Keys to Success To excel in this role, you must conduct yourself in a positive manner conducive to a productive work environment, demonstrate good judgment, show yourself to be responsible and show initiative.
