Rudolph Garage Storage Solutions is looking to add a Specialty Floor Coating Installer to our team. The Floor Installer will prepare concrete surfaces and apply poly/epoxy coatings in residential garages. Must reside in Colorado. Duties Include: This position requires significant manual labor. • Concrete surface preparation for coatings • Performing processes including but not limited to: drilling, grinding concrete, cutting different materials, mixing chemicals, and floor coating installation. • Using various hand and power tools. • Maintaining equipment • Keeping the worksite and shop clean. • Working cooperatively with others. • Providing friendly and knowledgeable information to ensure customer satisfaction. • Performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • Clean driving record (must be insurable) and have a valid Driver’s License • Pass background check & drug test. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines. • Applicants must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. • Ability to work in all weather conditions. Position Starts at $15.00 per hour with quick advancement ability.
