Rayford Roofing is a family-owned business based right here in Texas. We're looking to add a new project manager in the Austin area to our team! The project manager is responsible for being available to customers during a roof build. He/she will take occasional pictures, communicate with homeowner and business manager, and be able to help solve problems as they come up. You do NOT need any experience in roofing. Retail/customer service experience a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Must be an early riser. Work begins at 7:30 am. Your responsibilities: Arrive on site at 7:30 am and send in morning photos to the general manager. Knock on the door and greet the customer. Ask work foreman if he needs anything. (A lot of your job will just be hanging around - bring a book or something to do during your down time.) The rest of the day is just checking in with the foreman and customer. We pay $250 per full day. *Paid same day.* This is a 1099 position so you will be responsible for paying your own taxes. All builds will be within 30 miles, or we will pay additional mileage.
