Seek an experienced pool, yard and patio professional with at least 3 years experience. Must be dependable and punctual and able to work at a reasonable pace. Tasks include maintaining pool & spa, planting flowers and bushes, mowing, leaf blowing, weeding, tree pruning, cleaning gutters, washing decks etc. Property has a very small lawn area approximately 20' x20' the pool and spa are also small 10K gallons, pool deck approximately 5' x 25' historically this part-time one day mid-week position takes between 5 and 6 hours weekly depending on your work pace.
