RLL Field Services seeks independent subcontractors for all aspects of Property Preservation and SFR work in FL. We have been in business since 2008, based out of Melbourne, FL, and have developed excellent relationships with our national clients. We have remained successful in property preservation for many years by taking care of our subcontractors in the field and always paying them on time. We are looking for a subcontractor based in Kissimmee FL Please respond with qualifications and coverage area. ASPEN GROVE REQUIRED SERVICES NEEDED: • Mowing, blowing, and weed eating • Tree and shrub trimming and disposal • Debris removal • Clean outs including maid services • Sodding • Fence repair • Tree removal • Securing • Landscaping • Pool securing and maintenance • Board-ups • Roof tarping and repairs • Winterizations and de-winterizations • General home repair • General knowledge of plumbing and electrical work ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/EQUIPMENT: • Computer with high-speed internet and email capabilities • Familiar with PPW • Truck and trailer • Lawnmower - heavy duty or commercial • Landscaping equipment • Power tools • Compressor with separate pressure gauge BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR COMPANY: • Pay is weekly for all work completed and finalized • Direct deposit • Dedicated team on-call seven days a week • Mobile application utilized to submit all work from the field
