We are hiring for 2 Full Time Production Specialists to join our team at Sackcloth and Ashes. Sackcloth and Ashes produces high quality blankets that are distributed worldwide. For every blanket purchased, a second blanket is donated to the customer's local homeless shelter. Sackcloth and Ashes is committed to donating 1 million blankets to homeless shelters throughout the United States by the year 2024. Come be a part of a company that is actively making a difference in the lives of those in need. A Production Specialist must be hardworking, task oriented, and able to work within a team. They are responsible for keeping on task and coordinating with their Team Leader to ensure a smooth production flow. This is a very hands-on position that will require a wide variety of production skills and training. Heavy lifting and being able to stand for long periods of time is a requirement for this position. Attention to detail is crucial as these individuals are the last people to touch the product before it is packaged and shipped to our customers. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to- -Operate basic warehouse equipment -Visually inspect product for quality control and defects -Take and follow directions -Stand for long periods of time -Lift up to 50 lbs -Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Qualifications- -No experience necessary.
