DAY PORTER needed for 2 hours per day 5 days a week between 3:00PM to 5:00PM (Timing can be flexible) We are a company looking for a Day Porter to work by the beach. We have a retail/office building that needs a day porter to handle the day-to-day cleaning needs. We believe our workers are our best assets and strive to ensure a great working environment. We do our best to offer our employees the best equipment to get the job done. Duties include but not exclusive: Cleaning the common areas, emptying trash cans, clearing spills, sweeping the common areas, emptying the trash receptacles, hosing down areas as needed, sweeping the parking garage, dusting cobb webs, clearing dust from windows. Any cleaning needs for that property. The work will be done during business hours and will be representing the company. Ideal Candidate: Must be friendly, well presentable, eager to help tenants and customers, and most importantly people orientated.
