We are a landscape company looking for someone reliable and responsible to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist in the duties of maintaining our shop, vehicles, etc. Skills & Attributes • Self motivated and proactive • Strong customer service and support • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently • Strong commitment and work ethic a must Our operation hours are from 5:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday but this position is for Tuesday through Saturday shifts The warehouse attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and functional facility for the employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Cleans offices, lobby, rest rooms, and shop. • Pumps gasoline to landscape maintenance trucks • Clean, sanitize and deodorize restrooms • Sweep and vacuum carpeting and floors using manual and power equipment. • Dusts furniture and equipment. • Washes windows, glass doors, etc. • Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area. • Replenishes bathroom supplies. • Keeps warehouse clean and • Adhere to all safety rules • Performs special cleaning projects as assigned. • Coordinates truck repairs Position Requirements: • You must be authorized to work in the US and have a valid drivers license. Previous porter or janitorial experience preferred. • Work independently in the absence of supervision. • Takes pride in doing the best job possible.
