*Hiring Immediately * R&M Service Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman. R&M Service Solutions is an underground utility contractor. This position requires candidates to have experience in underground utilities (water and wastewater), and operating heavy equipment including Skid Steers and Excavators. *4 Day Work Week* *CDL Required* *Paid Weekly* *Company Truck Provided For Work Activities* *Frequent Travel* *PER DIEM $50.00 A DAY* Job Description: The Construction Foreman position provides the supervision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures. The position accomplishes this through hands on, respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company with a focus on customer service. Responsibilities Include: Operate Skid Steers, Excavators, and other automotive equipment; arrange the movement of tools, equipment, and crews. Performs construction activities as a working Construction Foreman in the construction of water distribution, sanitary collection or storm water systems, lift station, and centralized maintenance. Recommends and provides material and equipment needed for R&M Service Solutions construction activities. Performs schedules, necessary equipment and related supplies for construction activities. Investigates, and responds to questions and complaints. Inspects completed work to ensure proper installation and construction standards. Maintain work records of assignments and make detailed sketches. Performs construction activities from blue prints and sketches. Perform activities as a working Field Foreman, construction crews. Assist, and train employees. To arrange all permits and necessary paperwork to start a construction project (811, ROW Permits) Duties as assigned per Operations Manager.
