Experience with Skid Steer and Excavator units Clean Drivers License Have good communication skills Ability to think on your own and be self managed Ability to lift or roll heavy objects Bilingual Ability to take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects Able to identify ground markers Able to identify and locate underground services, such as pipes or wires, prior to beginning work Ability to load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials, using trucks, backhoes, excavators, or related equipment Ability to safely operate backhoes, excavators, bobcats, and related equipment efficiently to accomplish trenching, excavating, auguring, and other project tasks
