Essential Job functions: Inspects and cleans all common areas, laundry room, restrooms, leasing /Management office, pool area, recreational room facilities and other common areas of the community, trash enclosures. Sweeps and washes common areas as directed. Assist with general cleaning as well as delivers notices flyers and newsletters to residents when requested. Maintains curb appeal by painting parking stalls, and speed bumps as directed. Performs routine maintenance task. Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related field. Ability to handle physical work. Strong Organization skills Strong attention skills
