Innovative Auto Craft is looking to hire an auto body painter helper / prepper to join our team. We are looking for a full-time technician who has experience in auto body repair. Responsibilities & Requirements: -Mixing of paint to match color specifications or the vehicle’s original color -Masking vehicle for refinish -Utilizing air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, power mixing equipment, etc. -Monitor painting operations to identify/eliminate flaws and determine and correct their causes -Works closely with the Paint Team to ensure that vehicles are on-time for scheduled delivery -Ensure all paint operations are complete before returning the vehicle to technician for re-assembly -Comply with all safety rules, OEM guidelines and procedures -Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleanliness of work space
