FRAMER 20x25' Addition Gable roof,low pitch roof. 1 1/2 story raised ranch. Steel beam for load bearing wall. I have stamped engineered drawings and a permit. Excavation is ready for concrete,they start next week. Looking to start framing in 2 weeks or asap. Please send info and brief exp. History. PLUMBER I need rough plumbing for new master bath. Ceiling opened up below to tie in. I'll be remodeling the existing bath. Once that's demo there will be easy access for rough plumbing.
