Hello, We are looking for demolition machine operator to perform demolition jobs from start to finish and excavation jobs including grading. Mainly position is for pool removals with demolition hammer on excavator (Cat 306-308), skid steer to haul off debris and backfill. Full time position, Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm generally, No weekend, no night work. Job Duties; Gain equipment access by sometimes removing fencing by hand and reinstalling upon completion Installing silt fencing Drain pools Perform demolition on pools with excavator and demolition hammer Clean up demolition debris and load dumpsters Backfill dirt with skid steer and compact dirt with walk behind plate compactor Provide fine grade ready for next trade Sometimes installing sod upon completion Maintain equipment daily by greasing, cleaning and fueling Drug and alcohol free work place. You will need car/truck to go directly to the job sites. Must have a valid DL and be approved by our insurance company to drive the company trucks. Most all work in Pinellas, some work in Hillsborough. Experience 100% needed, we will not hire anyone without verified experience. Do not apply if you have never run a hammer on an excavator. This position is technical and requires someone with the right mind set. This position will not be a baby-sitting position, you must show up, work, and get the job done and completed to our company's standards. You will get paid from the time you show up until you leave the job site. Standard breaks and lunch are not paid. We average 50 hours a week, any hours worked over 40 is paid time and a half. If you need to leave at 3:30pm every day, this job is not for you. Pay is starting at $20 an hour, depending on experience level, higher pay would be negotiable. Payday is every Friday from the previous week, check, or direct deposit. Boots, jeans and safety shirt are required every day. Hard hats, gloves, safety glasses and ear plugs will be supplied to you by the company.
