General housekeeping, including windows, occasional deep cleaning which sometimes involves using a ladder, and light maintenance in privately owned residence in Anahola (not vacation rentals). Looking for someone who can take the time to do high quality work. Flexible schedule, pick your days, but no weekends. 2 days a week from about 8:30 or 9:00 for 5-6 hours. Must have smartphone and be contactable, access email and have reliable transportation. Wearing entertainment headphones while working is not permitted. Employer has hearing deficiency, so speaking clearly is required. Up to $30 per hour commensurate with references, proficiency and experience. Must be reliable and easily contactable by cell/phone.
