GOALS: Build community among leaders to model the importance of relationships to establish trust among youth and teens. Provide practical ideas for how to build community within a small group/class.Empower the leaders to understand the urgency and importance as well as the skills to share their faith and the Gospel message in a compelling and conversational way. Provide opportunity for them to practice those skills.Ensure the leaders embrace the vision their church has for forming teens’ faith as well as the logistical details for how to succeed in their role.
