About the Position: A Dishwasher/Prep clerk at Perelandra can look forward to learning a variety of tasks and being a part of an effective, cohesive Kitchen team. This position focuses primarily on work within our Dish area, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are appropriately washed and sanitized. A Dish/Prep clerk will also communicate the needs of the Dish area to our Kitchen leadership team. The position also involves basic prep work including but not limited to packaging our ready-to-eat items, dicing vegetables, and washing greens. COVID-19 Safety Measures: The safety and security of our staff and our customers is of the utmost importance, which is why we have introduced, and strictly adhered to, multiple safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These measures include mask wearing for customers and staff, socially distanced cashier stations, plexiglass barriers at each cashier station, regular disinfection of all community surfaces, and daily COVID-19 assessment for all staff members.
