This lau lau is produced at the Aloha Gardens Kitchen in Hampton, VA. The taro/kalo leaves are grown locally in Hampton, VA (the pre-Kalo Kountry) location. Each FROZEN 4-PACK comes with four servings. Made with only PORK. There is no fish (a.k.a. - Butter Fish) or sweet potatoes. Each lau lau serving has as many as 8-10 large taro leaves, Pork Butt (3 oz), and Pork Belly (3-4 oz). Combined weight per serving is approximately: 12-14 oz. Delivered cooked and frozen.
