Cultivation Associate ( Cannabis Laborer): Full- Time Position General Description- The cultivation associate is responsible for all duties related to growing of plants and maintaining a clean cultivation environment. Working in our facility cultivation team members report to the Cultivation Supervisor regarding all duties assigned. This position requires strong communication and time management skills as all tasks are reported daily with tight production deadlines and completing work to company standards. This position demands attention to detail and ambition to be a successful cultivator. Small windowless warehouse company and you will have the ability to grow with the company as hard work and dedication is recognized. You will be given the tools and guidance to be a seasoned cultivator learning all the aspects of cannabis cultivation. A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever is needed to help company grow will go far with this position. Key Responsibilities: ● Daily room checks of equipment function and environmental conditions. Report any anomalies to the cultivation supervisor. ● Scouting plants for potential health issues including deficiencies and pest issues. ● Perform all plant related tasks in the required production schedule. ● Maintain a clean cultivation environment. ● Transplanting the flower rooms. ● Trellising and plant training. ● Harvesting flower rooms. ● Cleaning flower rooms after a harvest to prepare for the next transplant. ● Irrigation installation and maintenance. ● Follow company SOPs, CCC and State regulations at all times. Working Conditions: This is a warehouse style environment with no windows to the outside, temperature controlled, with loud noises periodically. ● No windows ● Hot & Humid cultivation environment ● High intensity bright lights & loud noises ● Standing and crouching/sitting for long periods of time ● Use of ladders and step stools Key Requirements: ● Must be 21+ ● Able to pass background check and other CCC requirements ● Highschool Diploma or equivalent ( College degree a +) ● High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to do what's needed to get the job done. ● Strong communication skills ● Requires standing during shift, ● Teamwork oriented mindset ● Ability to lift 50lbs ● Comfortable on ladders and stools Compensation & Benefits: ● $18-20/hr (based on skills/experience) with increases upon positive reviews, ● PTO & Sick time ● Understanding & flexible work environment SEND RESUME OR CONTACT/WORK HISTORY/SAME DETAILS as usual employment application TO This post or edatracepoint on the yahooooo mailapp. We will only respond with such information.
