Learn the definition and process of what makes a spirit a spirit and all the basic fundamentals of each. Then taste and talk about the flavor characters of each. We will go through vodka, rum, maybe a gin or agave spirit, brandy and of course whiskey. Become an educated drinker and learn the reasons you like certain spirits over others.
