Description

Come & See! You are going to love this event. It will be a celebration of many gifts but the greatest of those gifts is the gift of our salvation. We were created for more. The evening will begin with Eucharistic Adoration in the Sanctuary (with the opportunity to gain a plenary indulgence), a “holy and happy hour,” and comments from Bishop Carl A. Kemme. Dinner will follow with an inspiring presentation by Fr. John Jirak. Those in attendance will be the first to see the original artwork for the new stewardship poster. In addition, we will have a religious art show featuring approximately 12 local artists. The artists will be in attendance for those interested in discussing their work with them. We are excited to include some pieces from Night of the Living Art (NOLA), which features live models enacting famous paintings. Blessed Sacrament’s NOLA event is scheduled for February 11, 2023. The evening was designed as a celebration of our giftedness. If we recognize that everything we have and all that we are – even the air that we breathe – is a gift. How do we share our gifts in love of God and neighbor? Attendees will encounter our Lord through the Eucharist, in the art, and with each other. We will experience the four pillars of stewardship: hospitality, prayer, formation, and service. Simultaneous Spanish interpretation will be available TICKET PRICES: Individual ticket price: $25.00 Reserved table for 8: $160 (Please contact Jordan 269-3900 or email [email protected])
