Meet at Fink's bar in Suffern, NY at 11:30 for a complimentary Bloody Mary or Nitro Cold Brew Coffee and a Fink's Bus Tour T-shirt. We will start with Fink's Signature Crispy Smoked Duck and more before we hop on the bus and head out to Sam's Bar and Grill in Ringwood, NJ for a taste from Chef John's kitchen and maybe a cocktail from the bar! Back to the bus and a short trip down the road to Kitchen and Beer Bar in Haskell, NJ for some more game treats and a beer. On to our final stop at the source, Fossil Farms retail shop in Boonton, NJ where their food truck will be waiting to hand out some tasty treats and some great info about where to get more game in the area. We return to Fink's for coffee, dessert, and door prizes. Beer and water on the bus included. Hear from the chefs themselves how they treat game meats and get the amazing results they do with a presentation and meet and greet and each stop. We are at each place about 30 minutes. Each stop will provide water and a taste of their game meat specialties. Cash bar available at all stops in addition to the complimentary options.
