Must be 21, have reliable transportation and have a valid Marijuana Handler's Card Cannabis trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. They also must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains. Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, cannabis bud trimmers must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.
